TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SHIPPING

  • Weight is charged by dimension or actual weight (whichever is higher)
  • A full packing list is required before collection or shipping commences with photos if possible.
  • Payments for Air and Sea Cargo should be made in advance to avoid delays.
  • ETA for Air Cargo is approximately 7 Working days from departure date.
  • ETA for Sea Cargo is Approximately 10 – 12 weeks from departure date.
  • TVs and Glass sent at Owner’s risk
  • Phones, iPads and Laptops are charged separately, contact us for prices
  • Quoted delivery times are estimate and may vary
  • Goods not picked within 7 days of offloading may be disposed off
  • Insufficiently packed goods are shipped at owner’s risk
  • Over the counter Medications have to be declared and are sent at owner’s risk
  • Insufficiently packing of fragile goods such as baby milk and glasses is shipped at owner’s risk (please ensure to use appropriate packaging materials for baby’s milk and bottles)
  • Machineries, Engines & gearboxes should be packed in built pallet boxes
  • Goods would only be presumed missing if not received within 2 months from expected-by date
  • Compensation is only up to 10% of the cost price of the item
  • Goods can be insured at 25% of the cost price
  • Any claims for insured goods would have to be supported by original purchase receipts.

These conditions are governed by English Legal System and its laws and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Legal System and its courts
